Native to South Africa’s rugged Cederberg region, Rooibos is a unique plant celebrated for its naturally earthy, honeyed, caramel, and nutty notes. We've harnessed this distinctive flavour to create a signature range of artisanal dry rubs, blending Rooibos with premium spices and herbs to elevate your meats and vegetables.

 

How to Use:

 

Meat: Lightly oil the meat, then sprinkle the rub over the surface. Alternatively, mix the rub with a little oil or water to create a paste, then coat thoroughly. Also great for chicken, beef, and lamb.

 

Vegetables: Dust over potatoes or seasonal vegetables before roasting to add depth and complexity.
