CRUX LEMON & CHILLI BBQ CHICKEN THIGHS.

Ingredients:
8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
Sea salt to brine
CRUX Lemon & Chilli Sauce
Method:
1. Prepare the Chicken:
3 - 4 hours before cooking, pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and sprinkle sea salt on all sides and place in fridge.
2. BBQ the Chicken:
Preheat your grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.
Place chicken thighs skin-side down. Grill for 5–7 minutes until nicely charred.
Flip and cook for another 15–20 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through (internal temp 74°C/165°F).
In the final few minutes of cooking, brush the chicken with the CRUX Lemon & Chilli sauce on both sides.
3. Serve:
Transfer the chicken to a platter, drizzle with more lemon & chilli sauce.
